DIGITAL BANKING SOLUTIONS
The UX journey for Tyfone’s first online banking solution with an omni -channel design experience, that helped them on-board their first credit union/bank client.
Tyfone is a provider of digital banking solutions in the United States, through many channels including online, mobile, wearable, and voice banking. Its solutions which promise customisation, convenience, and security have served key leading credit unions In the US.
To design and implement Tyfone’s first online banking (OLB) solution in order to create a simple, secure, user-centric application.
We began with a series of workshops with Tyfone stakeholders to understand the company’s vision for its online banking offerings, and its associated data and business goals. We also conducted extensive secondary research to record user specific issues before designing the UX/UI blueprint.
We created high-fidelity clickable wireframes to clearly define the functionality and various use cases of the application and did our design and coding on the basis of the approved wireframes. Our front-end code used placeholder data to mimic what the fully developed app would look like - this helped Tyfone backend developers easily integrate their services.
